二、研究方向

（1）血液干細(xì)胞損傷反應(yīng)或者體外擴(kuò)增；

（2）腫瘤耐藥機(jī)制。

三、應(yīng)聘條件

（1）申請者應(yīng)有博士學(xué)位和學(xué)歷，具備分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)、或醫(yī)學(xué)方面的堅(jiān)實(shí)科研背景；

（2）申請者有干細(xì)胞或腫瘤相關(guān)研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)表過較高水平的sci學(xué)術(shù)論文優(yōu)先考慮；

（3）申請者應(yīng)具備較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立科研能力、進(jìn)取心和良好的敬業(yè)精神；

（4）申請者應(yīng)具備較好的英語寫作和表達(dá)能力。

四、工作待遇
