浙江大學國際聯合學院（海寧國際校區）（以下簡稱“國際校區”）是浙江大學戰略辦學基地，是中國高等教育國際化的典范。國際校區通過與世界一流大學深度合作，匯聚全球一流人才，集聚一流辦學資源，形成了國際化和學科交叉融合特色。目前設有浙江大學愛丁堡大學聯合學院（zje）、浙江大學伊利諾伊大學厄巴納香檳校區聯合學院（zjui）、浙江大學國際聯合商學院（zibs）3個辦學學院。功能高分子、先進光子學等9個國際研究中心與全球30余個世界一流大學和學術機構建立了全方位科研合作網絡。

國際校區提供優越的國際化生活和工作環境，擁有開放包容的校園文化。來自13個國家的教師中超過40%為非中國籍，來自72個國家或地區的國際生占學生總數20%以上，95%以上的教職具有海外留學或工作經歷。

國際校區位于長三角經濟圈中心地帶的浙江省海寧市，東距上海100公里，西離杭州60公里（杭海城際鐵路30分鐘可達）。海寧市已有3000多年歷史，具有深厚的文化底蘊，名人輩出，自然景觀優越，以海寧潮奇觀聞名世界。

引領學科發展，具備國際學術影響力，包括兩院院士，發達國家院士，國際著名大獎獲得者或相當水平的海內外頂尖學者。

助推學科發展，具備一定的國際知名度，包括國家杰出青年基金獲得者或相當水平的海內外領軍學者。

海納青年拔尖人才

海納頂尖人才

（1）聘為浙江大學長聘教授；

（2）年薪：按照學校求是講席教授薪酬標準，提供極具國際競爭力的年薪，一人一議；

（3）啟動經費：800萬元起，一人一議；

（4）辦公實驗空間：不少于300平方米，根據研究方向可商定；

（5）團隊建設支持：協助團隊組建及團隊成員引進，博士后、博士生不限招收名額；

（6）經評估符合條件的，可聘為國際合作伙伴（uoe、uiuc等高校）兼聘教職；

（7）住宿：提供服務型教師公寓租住；可以優惠價申購國際校區中心湖畔“海納郡”高端人才房1套。

海納領軍人才

（1）聘為浙江大學長聘教授；

（2）年薪：按照學校求是特聘教授薪酬標準，提供極具國際競爭力的年薪，一人一議；

（3）啟動經費：500萬元起，一人一議；

（4）辦公實驗空間：不少于200平方米，根據研究方向可商定；

（5）團隊建設支持：協助團隊組建及團隊成員引進，博士后不限招收名額；入職三年內每年不少于1個博士生招生名額；

（6）經評估符合條件的，可聘為國際合作伙伴（uoe、uiuc等高校）兼聘教職；

（7）住宿：提供服務型教師公寓租住；可以優惠價申購國際校區中心湖畔“海納郡”高端人才房1套。

海納青年拔尖人才

（1）聘為浙江大學長聘副教授，或長聘軌副教授、助理教授；

（2）年薪：50萬元起，一人一議；

（3）啟動經費：助理教授300萬起，副教授400萬起，一人一議；

（4）辦公實驗空間：不少于150平米，根據研究方向商定；

（5）人才申報：可通過學校和地方渠道申報人才計劃項目，并視申請人情況提供配套獎勵；

（6）博士生名額：入職三年內每年1個招生名額；

（7）經評估符合條件的，可聘為國際合作伙伴（uoe、uiuc等高校）兼聘教職；

（8）住宿：提供服務型教師公寓租住；可以優惠價申購國際校區中心湖畔“海納郡”高端人才房1套。

其他支撐條件

國際校區為教師營造良好的學術氛圍和工作環境，提供國際化雙語環境和國際接軌的支撐服務體系，為教師子女安排入學入托，協助解決配偶工作。

the international campus, zhejiang university is a strategic initiative of zju and isa successful model of the open-up endeavor of chinese higher education. by working closely with world-class universities, bringing together leading scholars, and attracting advanced educational resources, the international campus has formed two most striking features of “international” and “interdisciplinary”. it has established 3 leading institutes, namely the zju-uoe institute (jointly with the university of edinburgh), the zju-uiuc institute (jointly with the university of illinois at urbana-champaign), and the zhejiang university international business school (zibs). the campus is also home to the 9 international research centers including the joint center for advanced photonics, the joint center for functional polymers, etc., which have established comprehensive cooperative partnerships with over 30 top universities and research institutes around the world.

the international campus is endowed with superb living and work conditions with an open and inclusive culture. its faculty come from 13 countries and over 40% of them are non-chinese. above 20% of the students are overseas students from more than 70 countries. over 95% of the faculty of the campus have international work or study experience.
